Florida State University (FSU) provides amazing out of state scholarship to international undergraduates which we are presenters of. We have designed these awards to remove financial issues for very good international students which in turn makes high quality education at FSU a reality for them. In the 2025 academic year we are to present scholarships that will cover tuition for 1 to 12 credit hours per semester which will vary based on the student’s performance.

Which students qualify for the Florida State University International Undergraduate Scholarships 2025?

To be eligible for this scholarship which they must apply for students may put that they:.

Be international undergraduate students on F-1 visas.

Be degree-seeking students enrolled at FSU.

Have completed at least a full time semester (minimum 12 graded credits) at FSU’s main campus.

Maintain a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA at FSU or achieve a 3.5 GPA in your most recent full time semester.

Not at present have full tuition waivers or scholarships which classify them as in state for tuition purposes. Also some students with partial tuition scholarships may be eligible for awards.

Tuition waiver is for all fields at Florida State University. We encourage application from students of many academic backgrounds.

This scholarship is only open to students enrolled at the main campus of Florida State University.

Selection Process for Applicants:

The selection is very competitive and we base it mostly on academic merit. Our primary look at the student’s record is at their cumulative GPA at FSU.

A GPA of 3.5 is required for a minimum waiver of 1 credit hour.

A 4.0 GPA may see a waiver of up to 12 credit hours.

A committee goes over all applications which in turn they use to determine the final waiver allocation.
